Vitabiotics Osteocare Original - 30 Tablets

Osteocare provides calcium along with complementary nutrients to help maintain normal bones and teeth.
Osteocare tablets contain the full recommended daily allowance of calcium.
Provides 100% RDA of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D plus zinc and supporting nutrients for men and women of all ages. Especially recommended for growing children, throughout pregnancy and breast-feeding, during the menopause and in later life for elderly men and women.
Suitable for adults and children aged over 12 years.
HOW TO USE
- Two tablets per day with a main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
- Osteocare® can be continued for as long as required and can be taken with other products in the Vitabiotics range.
